Nestled in the rolling hills of Bucks County, this historic family farm, established in 1769, offered a unique opportunity to blend modern living with a deep respect for the past. Our design approach sought to seamlessly integrate contemporary comforts while honoring the home’s rich heritage. To achieve this, we collaborated with local millworkers, brass artisans, and stone fabricators, commissioning each element to be handcrafted with period-authentic techniques. All materials feature raw, natural finishes, true to what would have been used in the 18th century, creating a timeless and historically grounded aesthetic.
